Every year in the month of February, a sports festival is organised.
Participants and spectators from the neighboring villages and even from Ludhiana grace the occasion.

I was in the village this year 2014 when one faction in Gujjarwal was about to host the games. It is indeed a sad
situation that two rival groups have started hosting two Games in one village Gujjarwal which will automatically put donors in either of the groups. I am certain no one would like to support factionalism. The need was that all Grewals had come under one Organization and promote Raipur. This seems to me the end of the games and a doubt in the mind that anything worthwhile will be done for the village.
